Texas heat showed up at the worst time and my AC completely quit working. I called Local Refrigeration & HVAC, and Jeremy was able to come out, figure out the problem, and get everything cooling again. What I appreciated most was how honest and straightforward he was. He took the time to explain what was going on with my unit in a way that actually made sense and never made me feel like he was trying to sell me something I didn’t need. It’s not easy finding people you can trust these days, but Jeremy and his team were friendly, professional, and clearly know what they’re doing. I cannot recommend Local Refrigeration and HVAC enough. When out AC went out at home, they came out incredibly fast and immediately helped put us at ease. From the beginning, they took the time to walk me through all of my concerns instead of rushing through the appointment. Jeremy was especially outstanding. He thoroughly explained what was causing the issue, answered every question I had, and gave me all of my options for repair without any pressure. What I appreciated most was how patient and knowledgeable he was while helping me understand his recommendations so I could make the best decision for my home and family.
