Texas heat showed up at the worst time and my AC completely quit working. I called Local Refrigeration & HVAC, and Jeremy was able to come out, figure out the problem, and get everything cooling again. What I appreciated most was how honest and straightforward he was. He took the time to explain what was going on with my unit in a way that actually made sense and never made me feel like he was trying to sell me something I didn’t need. It’s not easy finding people you can trust these days, but Jeremy and his team were friendly, professional, and clearly know what they’re doing. I cannot recommend Local Refrigeration and HVAC enough. When out AC went out at home, they came out incredibly fast and immediately helped put us at ease.
